Complaints

Should you wish to direct a complaint to the Fund, submit it in writing to complaints@hgpf.co.za

Should you not receive a satisfactory reply within 30 days, you have the right to direct the complaint to the Pension Funds Adjudicator for assistance at the below contact detail:

The Adjudicator’s rulings have the same legal effect as a civil judgement.
