The Fund is a Type “B” & defined contribution Retirement Fund structured according to a binary contribution model whereby we have both Employer and Employee contributing, as per the Fund Rules, a minimum of 7.5% of the respective employee’s Fund Salary each to a maximum of 27.5% (legal reduction of tax liability).
